An action provider for Coinbase AgentKit that plans, buys and verifies under your policy.

The wallet boundary

If the AgentKit wallet is an EVM wallet on a network your policy allows, Tollex uses it only to sign the payment, after the policy check. It never sends transactions or transfers from it. On another network, a non-EVM wallet or no wallet, buying returns WALLET_UNAVAILABLE and planning keeps working.
